‘Glendi’ is Greek for ‘Celebration’

August 20th & 21st, from 11am to 10pm

The Glendi is a celebration of ethnic cultures from around the world, right here in Beaverton, Oregon. We want to share our heritages (Greek, Middle Eastern, Russian and Ethiopian), music, traditions, customs and culinary skills with you, our neighbors, families, friends.

Get ready to experience mouth-watering ethnic food from around the world, as well as entertainment and children’s activities in an outdoor festival atmosphere.

Take a deep breath and enjoy what it means to celebrate “Ethnic Style” with a cup of Mediterranean coffee or frosty frappé at the “Kafenion” (Greek café). Savor a delicious pastry or sample imported cheeses, olives and other ethnic foods in our bustling indoor marketplace.
